Volcano Block is a mission in Luminous Avenger iX 2. A block of the tower dedicated to recreating a volcano, complete with sweltering heat. The mission begins at the summit and proceeds inside the volcano, all while dodging magma flows.

The magma is not instantly lethal, and Copen can enter it similar to water in past games. While submerged, he will repeatedly take high damage. This increases the difficulty of collecting all the Bonus Emblems.

Inside the volcano, Dacite awaits. He is the Gravekeeper who holds the Purple Key.

	Inside the first boulder in the stage. Instead of running away as Lola instructs, turn to the boulder and destroy it with a Recoil Dash; it will drop the first Bonus Emblem.
	The optimal way to collect this emblem is by firing a Rolling Ripper to collect it. Obtaining this Bonus Emblem safely without EX Weapon usage requires the player to be very fast as they move precisely, but it is possible. Replaced by a 1-UP in Hard Mode.
