Subete wo koete futari wa takaku...

The two of them overcame everything and stand high
The winds stop ringing and become transparent
Almost like they are hinting the events that will soon happen...
Even the freed freedom
Frustratingly speaks in a voiceless voice
The next territory (field) is beginning. I’ll bring you there
(Alright, open your eyes)
Get out of the clouds and draw a gentle arc
The horizon is so far away I lose sight of it
The white and foggy stratosphere
I still lament and mourn
But I noticed that that won't bring anything back
It stabs my hand grown numb from the cold
The frozen skies are calling, there’s no turning back
The next territory (field) is waiting for us, I’m going there with you
(There, you can see it over there)
The clouds vanish, too, and in the soundless vacuum...
I feel the warmth of the others whom I won’t meet again
The deployed (Even now)
The 360º (panoramic) world (it keeps on)
Even if you don’t see me (I understood)
I’m always here (I am)
Don’t forget me (please)
The shallow memories
I speak to myself, even if I can’t hear myself
I cut the skies and the gravity I let go of
It’s far, far away, beyond the aloofness...
Both go high up and overcome the limits
The white and endless stratosphere
We can go for it
Plot Role
Stratosphere appears as part of the story of Prologue: The Muse of Hope. Lola meets the older sister of a now-deceased fan of hers, whose family has cherished an ancient recording of the song. While discussing the song with her, Lola mentions that Mytyl loved it.
In Mighty Gunvolt Burst
Stratosphere appears in Mighty Gunvolt Burst as one of Joule's bullet types. It fires a burst of five bullets which crawl upon any terrain they contact, and have a diffusion effect when hitting enemies. It is represented by pixel sticker No.175.
Trivia
- Stratosphere is the only Gunvolt song to have been officially sung by three different singers: Megu Sakuragawa, Yurika Endo, and Mayu Mineda.
