Moemi Otaka (尾高 もえみ Otaka Moemi) is a Japanese voice actor and a singer who provides the voice for Moniqa. Outside of Gunvolt, she also performed the ending theme for Mangirl!, as well as voicing the character Tsugumi Haraki.
