Moebius is the final mission in Azure Striker Gunvolt 3, taking place in the stage World Moebius.
Kirin and Gunvolt have defeated ZedΩ, ending his ambitions. Yet their battle also inadvertently awakened Moebius, who now seeks to realize the world he desires, one of ruin and death. With ZedΩ still weakened, Kirin and GV are the only ones who can defy the Astral Order...
It is essentially a two part VS Mission against Moebius and then Gunvolt possessed by him.
To get the true ending, use only tag seals against Moebius when he emerges from GV.

As of version 1.3.0, equipping at least one Nova Image Pulse, switching to Gunvolt, and getting hit by Moebius' Damnatio Memoriae attack will transfer the player to an alternate world version of Firmament. Here, Nova lies in wait as a hidden boss. Nova's patterns are somewhat similar to his normal version from ASG1, but modified in light of new mechanics and of course, Nova's Azure Striker Septima.
Unlike the previous hidden boss, defeating Nova will qualify as a stage clear, skipping the fight with Moebius-GV and the ending sequence. The game will return to the stage select, with the Nova battle added to the Secret Missions under the codename "The Third Revenger". Note that clearing the level this way will garner no Image Pulse rewards, as the level has no Image Chips and Luxia is not present to provide a Resurrection bonus.

As of version 1.4.0, equipping at least one Asimov Image Pulse, being defeated by Moebius and triggering Berserk Gunvolt via Anthem, and being hit by Damnatio Memoriae while in that state will transfer the player to an alternate-world location that resembles the second section of Sumeragi Secret Bunker 2 from Luminous Avenger iX, where an alternate version of Asimov is encountered and fought. As with Nova, defeating him counts as a stage clear.
