Dragon Slayer is a mission in Azure Striker Gunvolt 3, taking place in the stage Sumeragi Futures Institute of Technology (shorted to just Futures Institute in-game).
Although Gunvolt cannot play through this stage, a remix of the music for him like in other stages was created and included as a bonus track in the Armed Blue Gunvolt Gibs Sound Track CD.
The Sumeragi Futures Institute of Technology is the lab where Asimov was originally made into an Azure Striker, eventually ending up as the test subject of Copen's father Dr. Kamizono. When Asimov escaped, the entire facility was destroyed and all personnel, including Dr. Kamizono, were killed. This incident was heavily covered up by Sumeragi's top brass, leading to Copen believing they had his father killed for his friction with them over the handling of Adepts; he never found out the truth about the incident. At some point prior to the first Azure Striker Gunvolt, the lab was rebuilt. The lab is also the site of Sumeragi's unmanned tank development.
