Bio Lab is the second DLC stage. It is based off Stratacombs. The theme is an 8-bit rendition of Envious Necromancer. The level's boss is Elise.

- Unlike in Azure Striker Gunvolt, both Elise's Submissive and Dominant alters appear as pre-Weaponized form before they perform transformation.
- The pre-Weaponized form of Dominant alter is otherwise only seen in the official artbooks.
