As wilted trees begin to stir
And shadows begin to vanish
You observe it all from far above
Those ardent eyes of yours
Pierce even the darkest of depths
Bathing them in glorious light
Creation looms near
Within a melting pot of life
Sweat trickles down, flames burn bright
As the leaves of innocent youth are set alight
You stand high above
"So be it for eternity"
As the people gaze up,
entranced by your glory
Though time may pass
And nothing may change
You observe it all from far above
Those ardent eyes of yours
Reach out far and wide
Melting even the most frigid of hearts
Passion known and felt to all
A light so bright, cause to take flight
And put up the pretense of forgetting what's right
Take hold of the boundless life
That rests before you...
Rain drops fall, the land is blessed
And as it begins to regress, only tears are left
But those tears, even if dried up,
Will serve as proof of your strength
Should all seem lost
"Here you stand, refusing to yield"
Light the flames of hope
For all to see
Wary days run their course
Faded shadows become pronounced
And you observe it all from far above
Those ardent eyes of yours
Pierce even the darkest of depths
And it was known all along
Even in the face of a long arduous, road
Their splendor would never once fade

Trivia[]
- ZedΩ's Kudos songs in Epilogue ATEMS are themed after the progression of the day. Ardent Eyes, the Level 2 song, represents midday, with the Japanese title contining the kanji 炎昼 ("scorching daylight"). Correspondingly, the English title contains the word "ardent", derived from the Latin word ardere meaning "to burn".
